A Tearful Consultation

Today we had an interesting situation… our Columbus rep made a bride cry in her consultation.  This has never happened before, that we remember.  The twist?  They were tears of joy!  The poor bride had been to other florists with pretty terrible results and lots of outrageous prices.  When she saw our total Do-It-Yourself quote for her wedding, she literally cried right there at the consultation table.  And that, my friends, is what The Flowerman is all about.  🙂
